Tigist Clark is an experienced First Sergeant currently serving in the 52d WSA/CPTS/CONS since April 2024, providing crucial advice on readiness, welfare, morale, and discipline for 250 personnel across 14 career fields. With a long tenure in the U.S. Air Force Explorers since April 2008, Tigist previously held the position of First Sergeant in the 461st Air Control Network Squadron. U.S. Air Force Explorers
The US Air Force Explorers (USAFX) is a non-profit military youth program designed to motivate, train and guide young adults ages 14-20 into a US Air Force or military career or entrance into one of the Service Academies or ROTC programs. USAFX was originally part of BSA & BSA Exploring Program started in 1910. The program specializes in training young adults in Officership, Leadership skills as well as Professional Military Education and varius Classification Training Fields as: Airmanship, Special Tactics, and Intelligence.
