Darwin Easter has held various leadership roles throughout their career, including serving as Commander of a JSTARS flying squadron during Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom from 2008 to 2009. As Deputy Group Commander and Commander of the Active Duty Element from 2010 to 2011, they managed operations supporting America's only Joint-STARS wing and oversaw a significant team across multiple disciplines. Currently, as Program Manager at Raytheon, Darwin works on advancing command and control capabilities through the integration of technology for airborne radar systems. They are also the Chairman of the Department of Leadership and Strategy, where they lead a team in educating military officers on strategy and leadership. Darwin is pursuing multiple master's degrees, including an MBA and a Master of Military Operational Art and Science.
