Ella Hix

Ella Hix is an accomplished Administrative and Customer Service Manager in the United States Air Force, with over a decade of progressive leadership experience. Since March 2012, Ella has efficiently managed a team of 24 personnel while ensuring timely reporting and communication with both internal and external customers. Prior roles include F16/F35 Stock Control Manager, where Ella supervised 46 personnel and coordinated logistics for flying operations, and Personnel Manager/1st Sergeant, providing strategic advice and oversight for over 500 military and civilian personnel. Additional logistics experience was gained as a Supply Operation Manager responsible for lifecycle support for military aircraft and as a Logistics Analyst/Command Equipment Manager, overseeing extensive equipment programs. Ella Hix holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from the University of Phoenix and further education from the University of Maryland University College.
