Ethel Seabrook-Hennessy

Ethel Seabrook-Hennessy currently serves as the Director of Contracting for the Air Mobility Command within the United States Air Force, a role held since August 2024. Prior to this position, Ethel Seabrook-Hennessy was the Chief of the Contracts Management Branch at United States Strategic Command from August 2022 to August 2024 and has experience as a Contracting Officer with the US Air Force.
