Paul Lander has extensive experience in military acquisition and program management, currently serving as Deputy Division Chief in the Stand-In Strike Division of the United States Air Force, overseeing a team responsible for major weapon systems worth approximately $17 billion. Past roles have included leadership positions in various branches focused on the development and sustainment of advanced munitions and military technologies. With a strong focus on innovative acquisition strategies, program execution, and cross-communication, Paul has effectively managed multi-million dollar projects and led teams to enhance operational capabilities across multiple military services.
