U.S. Anti-Doping Agency
Allison Wagner, OLY, serves as the Director of Athlete and International Relations for the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency since May 2021, where advocacy for athletes' rights in anti-doping and sport is the primary focus. Wagner previously worked as a Research Associate for the Sports Equity Lab, concentrating on reducing inequalities in sport, and participated in the Erasmus Mundus Programme as a postgraduate student in Sport Ethics and Integrity, being one of seven selected Olympians by the International Olympic Committee. A former Director of Marketing & Communications at Simple Wishes, Wagner also provided leadership consulting at Executive Stamina. The coaching business founded by Wagner focused on joint mechanics for athletes and individuals. Wagner has a rich history in swimming, highlighted by a silver medal at the 1996 Olympics and a world record in the 200 I.M, alongside extensive educational qualifications including an Erasmus Mundus Master's degree from KU Leuven and a B.A. in Psychology from Naropa University.
