Carissa Gordon Gump, OLY, MPA, is currently an Elite Education Athlete Presenter at the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency, providing anti-doping education to athletes and support personnel. With extensive experience in nonprofit management, Carissa serves as the Foundation Executive Director for the National Strength and Conditioning Association, overseeing grant programs and the organization’s strategic plan. As the owner of Lifting You Up LLC, Carissa enhances nonprofit fundraising efficiency, with notable clients like USA Weightlifting and Wrestle Like a Girl. Carissa has held multiple leadership roles at USA Weightlifting, including Associate Executive Director of Business & Development, managing comprehensive programs for fundraising, marketing, and sponsorships. Previously, Carissa contributed to the United States Olympic Committee as an athlete liaison and ambassador, and competed as a full-time elite athlete in Olympic Style Weightlifting, representing Team USA at the 2008 Olympic Games. Carissa is pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration in Non-Profit Leadership and Management from Liberty University.
