Matt Dusek

Matt Dusek is a Mechanical Engineer at the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) since September 2017, specializing in the performance evaluation of military hardware through engineering and statistical techniques. With experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, Dusek contributed to research on additively manufactured stainless steel, developing testing procedures to assess mechanical properties. Previous roles include internships and positions in compliance, financial planning, and camp coaching, demonstrating a diverse skill set in engineering, analysis, and leadership.
