Ricardo Anderson

Ricardo Anderson is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in test management and consultancy. Currently serving as a Test Manager at the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) since May 2021, Ricardo also co-founded For The Culture Games and leads engineering consulting efforts at Marico Consulting LLC. Previously, Ricardo held various engineering roles at Northrop Grumman, where responsibilities included principal design and test engineering, and managing experimental fabrication at the U.S. Army Aberdeen Test Center. Earlier experience includes a safety engineering position at the Edgewood Chemical Biological Center and an application engineering co-op at Flowserve. Ricardo holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University.
