Gary Larson

Gary Larson is a senior learning professional currently serving as the SVP and Head of Facilitation at U.S. Bank, where they lead a team focused on enhancing the skills of over 60 facilitators nationwide. Previously, they held various roles at Bank of America from 2009 to 2012, including Change Manager and Senior Learning Consultant, where they contributed to the development of impactful learning solutions. Gary's earlier experience also includes instructional design at Raytheon Professional Services and project management at TTI. They earned a BA in Human Resources from Oakland University.
