Torrence Moore is an experienced professional with a diverse background in community development, financial consulting, and nonprofit leadership. Currently serving as the Head of Access to Capital and DEI at U.S. Bank Community Development Corporation, Torrence leads initiatives to close the racial wealth gap through targeted engagement with Black and Persons of Color-owned entities. As the Founder and Partner of TMA Consulting, Torrence provides guidance to nonprofits and small businesses in program design and administration. Additionally, Torrence has held various leadership roles, including Senior Director of Community Development at Local Initiatives Support Corporation and Managing Director of Lending at IFF, a community development financial institution. With a solid educational foundation, including a BA in economics from Hamilton College and a Master's in Urban Planning & Policy from the University of Illinois - Chicago, Torrence is dedicated to optimizing organizational performance and promoting equitable access to capital.
