Kaela Waters

Kaela Waters is an experienced professional in guest experience and hospitality management, currently serving as the Guest Experience and Tours Manager at U.S. Bank Stadium since August 2019. Previously, Kaela held the position of Guest Experience and Tours Assistant Manager at U.S. Bank Stadium under SMG | Worldwide Entertainment & Convention Venue Management from October 2018 to August 2019. Kaela's extensive background includes working as a Senior Coordinator for Hospitality Services with the Milwaukee Brewers, where responsibilities included coordinating guest hospitality initiatives and managing events.
