Dave Wittekind

Dave Wittekind is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications industry with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Technical Product & Device Portfolio Management at UScellular, Dave oversees the IoT device ecosystem, private cellular network rollouts, and international business roaming. Prior to this, Dave worked as a Senior Product Manager at UScellular and served as a Telecommunications and Mobile/Fixed Broadband Consultant at Alphasites. Notably, at ATN International, Dave held the roles of Director Of Development and Director Of Operations, where significant contributions were made to rural communities and operational efficiency. Earlier in his career, at Sprint, Dave excelled as Global Roaming Implementation Manager and held various positions that showcased expertise in fraud detection, operational readiness, and customer service improvement. Dave holds a BA in International Relations with a minor in Latin American Studies from Brigham Young University.
