EVP, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at U.S. Cellular

As senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer, Doug is responsible for U.S. Cellular’s accounting and financial reporting, revenue assurance, credit and real estate activities. His teams also help guide the company’s financial decisions to ensure that U.S. Cellular customers have a great wireless experience.

Doug has more than 25 years of financial experience, and he joins U.S. Cellular from Telephone and Data Systems, Inc. (TDS), U.S. Cellular’s parent company, where he most recently served as senior vice president of finance and chief accounting officer. Prior to joining TDS in 2007, he held management positions at Midway Games, Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Doug is a certified public accountant, and he earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a master’s degree in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill. He lives in Waunakee, Wis., with his wife and three children.
