Eric Dirks

Eric Dirks is an accomplished IT professional specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with extensive experience in enhancing security protocols and integrating innovative solutions. Currently serving as an IT Lead Security IAM Engineer at UScellular since March 2017, Eric has led initiatives to strengthen multi-factor authentication and implement risk-based analysis for improved security measures.
