Jonathan Colwell

Jonathan (Jon) Colwell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR systems and business intelligence within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of HR Systems, IT Business Office & Business Intelligence at UScellular since June 2023, Jonathan leads initiatives to optimize technology solutions and enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization. With a career at U.S. Cellular spanning from November 1994 to December 2021, Jonathan held various leadership roles, including Sr. Manager of Business Intelligence and Manager of Revenue Assurance, where contributions included the successful implementation of enterprise systems and cross-functional collaboration to improve analytics and reporting capabilities. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Management Information Systems from DePaul Driehaus College of Business.
