Kristine Tuazon, LSSGB, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic operations and customer experience management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Strategic Operations at UScellular since April 2019, Kristine leads high-priority executive-sponsored initiatives aimed at driving business improvement. Prior to this role, Kristine was Senior Manager of Retail Channel Operations, where significant contributions included navigating operations through the pandemic and implementing major organizational changes.
