Sandra J. Farley

Sandra J. Farley, MISM, PMP, is a Senior Enterprise Project Manager at UScellular since March 2021, overseeing multi-million-dollar telecom projects using agile and waterfall methodologies. Previously, Sandra served as a Project Management Consultant at Walgreens, focusing on enterprise-wide cost transformation initiatives, and held project management roles at Clinical Computer Systems Inc., managing OBIX Perinatal Software implementations. Sandra's extensive experience also includes managerial positions at Follett School Solutions, where project management practices were applied to meet strategic goals, and technical roles at Protective Life (JP Morgan Chase) and Allstate Insurance, maintaining a strong foundation in information systems and software development. Sandra holds a Master of Information Systems Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a BGS in Computer Science from Roosevelt University.
