Sheila Crisostomo

As vice president of retail sales and operations, Sheila is responsible for UScellular’s efforts to drive growth and performance in retail, agent, national retail and prepaid sales channels. She also leads the consumer operations and strategic initiatives teams.

Sheila has more than 26 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, and prior to joining UScellular she served as vice president and general manager for AT&T. In this role, she managed the mobility and entertainment business operation with responsibility over sales, customer experience, and distribution, as well as coordination of local marketing and network strategies. She previously held sales roles at Cricket Wireless and AT&T Mobility.

Sheila earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Southern Wesleyan University in Central, S.C., and a master’s degree in business administration from Keiser University in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
