Steve Tessin

Steve Tessin has over 35 years of experience in telecommunications, specializing in wireless messaging operations and network engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Wireless Messaging Operations Engineer at UScellular since June 2003, Steve oversees the day-to-day operations and maintenance of various wireless messaging systems, including IP Voicemail, Short Messaging, and Multimedia Messaging Systems. Prior roles at UScellular included Senior Network Switch Engineer and Switch Engineer, focusing on maintaining critical network infrastructure. Previously, at Cingular Wireless from February 1988 to March 2003, Steve held multiple engineering positions, providing technical support and maintaining Lucent wireless systems across the Southeast United States. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University, completed in 1989.
