Alex Kibeom Hong

Alex Kibeom Hong has a diverse work experience, starting from an internship at CJ E&M in 2011 and Leading Investment & Securities Co., Ltd in 2012. Alex Kibeom then served as a Korean Augmentation to the United States Army (KATUSA) in the Republic of Korea Army from 2012 to 2014. After their military service, they completed an internship at Paradyme Management Inc. in 2015.

Alex then joined Indiana University Bloomington as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant and also worked as a Twitter Big Data Research - Data Visualization Engineer. Alex Kibeom continued their education at Indiana University School of Informatics and Computing, where they served as a Development Team Lead.

In 2016, Alex took on the role of a Big Data Network- Data Miner at Science Friday - Project Researcher. Alex Kibeom also worked as a Development Team Lead at Indiana University School of Informatics and Computing during the same period.

From 2017, Alex began their career in software engineering at the U.S. Census Bureau as a Development Lead and Senior Software Engineer. Alex Kibeom then moved on to Paradyme Management Inc., where they held various roles such as Application Software Engineer, Data Analyst, UI Consultant, and Development Lead. Their responsibilities included UI development, front-end JavaScript, data analysis, and project management. Currently, they are working at Paradyme Management Inc. as a Development Lead and Senior Software Engineer/Consultant.

Alex Kibeom Hong earned a Bachelor's Degree in Informatics, with a focus on Data Science and Human Computer Interaction Design, from Indiana University Bloomington. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Georgetown Preparatory School. In addition, they hold additional certifications including a Hot Lid Patent from USPTO, valid until 2036, and a Letter of Recommendation from Brigadier General Farmen, Commander of the USA Army.
