Chris Seamands

Chris Seamands has extensive experience at the U.S. Census Bureau, serving in various roles since March 2001, including Assistant Survey Director for the National Crime Victimization Survey and a Senior System Analyst. Responsibilities have included gathering requirements for survey sampling and customer relationship management systems, managing projects like the Telephone Point-of-Purchase Survey and Consumer Expenditures Surveys, and supervising staff responsible for multiple surveys from design to data processing. Prior to the Census Bureau, Chris worked as a Statistical Clerk at the Office of Jury Commissioner for the State of Massachusetts, where responsibilities included creating statistical reports on jury duty summoning processes.
