Monica Vines

Monica Vines, MS, PMP is a Research Director at the U.S. Census Bureau with experience in successfully leading communications research initiatives. Monica also served as the Research Director for the HHS COVID-19 Public Education Campaign at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Monica holds a Master's degree in Survey Methodology from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics/Economics from Canisius University.
