Associate Director, Market And Financial Systems at U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission

Howard Rosen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Howard started their career as a Development Manager at CompuSearch in 1992 before moving on to American Management Systems as a Principal in 1994. During their time at AMS, they became a technical leader and subject matter expert in Enterprise Content Management and Business Process Management. From 1998 to 2000, Rosen worked as the Director of Development at Digital Addiction, managing a team of 15 individuals and overseeing the development of online games. Howard then joined TriTek Solutions in 2000 as a Senior Principal, where they continued to excel in Enterprise Content Management and Business Process Management. Rosen was the Director of Technology at Mindwires, Inc from 2003 to 2004 and later became the VP of Engineering at JobFox in 2004. In 2005, they joined IMC, Inc as a Senior Architect and led cross-functional teams in delivering customized systems to commercial clients. From 2006 to 2007, Rosen worked at Crowe Chizek as a Senior Manager, specializing in Enterprise Content Management and Business Process Management. During this time, they became an expert in the FileNet P8, Hyland, and IBM Content Manager toolsets. From 2007 to 2009, Rosen served as the Systems Manager, eCommerce at Sears Holdings Corporation, where they managed a team to build and deploy The Content Network (TCN) for Sears.com and Kmart.com. Finally, Rosen joined the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission in 2010 as the Associate Director of Market and Financial Systems.

Howard Rosen attended Case Western Reserve University from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information/Decision Systems. Prior to this, they completed their high school education at West Morris Central High School.
