Jennifer Levin

Jennifer Levin currently serves as Special Counsel in the Office of International Affairs at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, a position held since March 2022. Prior to this role, Levin worked at the National Futures Association from November 2014 to March 2022, where responsibilities included Associate Director of International Affairs, Manager of OTC Derivatives, and various positions as Senior Compliance Examiner focused on OTC Derivatives. From May 2008 to November 2014, Levin practiced as an Attorney at Law/CPA at Levin & Brend, P.C., after starting as a Law Clerk/CPA. Earlier experience includes an accounting role at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP and various accounting positions at Allstate from 2004 to 2006. Educational qualifications include degrees from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
