Tali Raphael

Tali Raphael is an experienced professional currently serving as a Copyright Records Specialist at the U.S. Copyright Office, where expertise is provided in U.S. Copyright records and assistance is given for legal and historical research. Previous roles include a Historical Public Records Clerk, where Tali contributed to a major digitization project and managed cataloging tasks for a substantial collection of Copyright historical record books.
