Earlier experience includes a role as Research Assistant at Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Krishi Vidyapeeth, supervising vegetable crop breeding. Deepika holds a PhD in Plant and Soil Science from Texas Tech University, a Master's in Horticultural Science, and a Bachelor's in Agriculture.
