Christopher Yonkman has over two decades of experience with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, currently serving as the Assistant Director Field Operations for Trade, overseeing trade operations in the Chicago Field Office across a twelve-state area. Previous roles include Branch Chief for Trade Field Intelligence, where Christopher led the development of intelligence products to assist senior leadership, and Supervisory International Trade Analyst at the National Threat Analysis Center, focusing on trade enforcement and compliance. Christopher also held positions as Branch Chief for Enforcement at the Automotive & Aerospace Center of Excellence & Expertise, and as an International Trade Specialist and Import Specialist, where analytical work contributed to trade compliance and revenue recovery. Additionally, Christopher has experience as an Adjunct Faculty member teaching Political Science at Trinity Christian College.
