Jeff Franz

Jeff Franz is an International Trade Analyst at U.S. Customs and Border Protection since April 2021, where responsibilities include modernizing business processes for the trade community and managing system upgrades. Additionally, Jeff serves as a certified Spinning Instructor at Onelife Fitness. Previously, Jeff worked as a Program Analyst at GSA, focusing on project data analysis and system enhancements. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and German from Bucknell University. Jeff also held roles at Bucknell University, including Peer Advisor and Teaching Assistant, and gained early experience as a lifeguard and swim coach at Hopewell Valley Golf Club.
