Adrian Carter

Adrian Carter is an experienced Enterprise Architect at the USDA since March 2024 and previously served as a Director in the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). With a long-standing affiliation as an Adjunct Professor at Bowie State University since August 2004, Adrian Carter brings academic insight to the field. Career experience includes a significant tenure in Information Technology with the Federal Government from September 1996 to March 2024. Adrian Carter holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Bowie State University, completed between 1988 and 1995, and possesses certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Oracle Certified Professional (OCP).
