Craig Kellogg

Craig Kellogg is an experienced professional in the field of plant health and regulatory activities, currently serving as the State Plant Health Director at the United States Department of Agriculture since June 2003. In this role, Kellogg is responsible for overseeing scientific and administrative plant regulatory activities in the state, including pest and disease risk analysis, export certification programs, and early pest detection surveys. Previously, Kellogg managed the Emerald Ash Borer emergency program in Michigan, demonstrating expertise in large-scale program administration and logistical planning.
