Jerry Hingtgen

Jerry Hingtgen has extensive experience in software development and project management, currently serving as the Federal Project Lead for SaaS Software Development at USDA. Previously, Jerry held the position of Innovation Chief at USDA Rural Development and served as Delta Branch Chief at the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA). Additionally, Jerry has significant expertise in software acquisition management and has led teams as Software Team Chief and Information Technology Mobility Program Manager at PDS Tech, Inc. Earlier in the career, Jerry contributed as a Quality Systems Specialist and IT Project Manager for Unique Identification at Sanmina, starting as a Product Engineer.
