Lenard Whitaker

Lenard Whitaker is an experienced Equal Employment Opportunity Specialist at the USDA National Institute of Food and Agriculture since June 2023, working in the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights. Currently, Lenard also serves as Game Day Staff for the Philadelphia Eagles and has held the position of Driver Trainer at Republic Services since July 2007, focusing on sanitation efforts and customer service. Previous roles include Project Intern at the Philadelphia Justice Project, where Lenard engaged in research related to wrongful convictions, and various internships in education and legal settings. Lenard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from Villanova University and an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Peirce College.
