Virginia Chase Forrester

Virginia Chase Forrester currently serves as the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations at the U.S. Department of Education, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this role, Forrester worked at the America First Policy Institute as both Chief Events Officer and Manager of Events from August 2021 to March 2025. Forrester's career includes significant experience in political affairs, having served as Director of Fundraising & Political Affairs at Bogart Associates and in operations for Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. Additionally, Forrester coordinated programs at The Fund for American Studies and served as an undergraduate teaching assistant at Clemson University. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Clemson University and participation in the Leadership and The American Presidency Program at George Mason University. Forrester is also a distinguished professional ballroom dancer, holding multiple national championships.
