Greg Sosson

Greg Sosson is an accomplished leader in the field of nuclear operations with extensive experience in various roles at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) since 2015, currently serving as the Associate Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Field Operations. Sosson plays a critical role in overseeing major Environmental Management (EM) programs, ensuring operational management and integration across multiple complex projects. Prior experience includes significant positions at PSEG, where responsibilities encompassed directing post-Fukushima upgrades and managing engineering functions at multiple nuclear generating stations. Earlier career roles include engineering management at Exelon Nuclear and PECO Energy, along with military service as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army National Guard. Sosson holds an MBA in Finance from Saint Joseph's University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
