Jason Passaro

Jason Passaro currently serves as the Director of the Office of Policy at the U.S. Department of Energy, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Jason worked at the U.S. Department of State from 2005 to July 2023, where responsibilities included serving as the Acting Director of IT Acquisitions within the Bureau of Information Resource Management and holding the position of Program Manager in the Office of the Procurement Executive. Earlier in Jason's career, experience was gained as a Manager at Grant Thornton from 1999 to 2004. Jason holds a degree from Rutgers University, earned between 1994 and 1998.
