David Lucas

David Lucas is an experienced IT specialist with a focus on SharePoint and business process enhancement. Currently serving as an IT Specialist at HUD OIG since June 2021, David has previously held roles as a Senior System Analyst at ManTech and a SharePoint Consultant at the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services. Throughout a diverse career, David has developed solutions and supported migrations across various organizations, including significant work with SharePoint environments, automation scripts, and user experience enhancements. David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Network and Communications Management from DeVry University and has completed additional training in relevant IT disciplines.
