Christal McNeil-Wright

Christal McNeil-Wright is an accomplished financial management professional with extensive experience in both public service and academia. Currently serving as Associate CFO for Grants Financial Management and Financial Accounting & Analysis Division at the U.S. Department of Justice's Office of Justice Programs since March 2011, McNeil-Wright previously held the position of Director of Accounting at Georgetown University for over a decade, and has also worked as Accounts Payable Manager at National Electronics Warranty. McNeil-Wright's early career included serving as an Administrative Specialist in the U.S. Army. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Strayer University, several leadership certificates from Cornell University and Washington University, and specialized training in Federal Financial Management.
