Jennifer McCarthy

Jennifer McCarthy has extensive experience in human resources across various government agencies. Currently serving as the Deputy Director and Human Resources Officer at the Office of Justice Programs within the Department of Justice since February 2009, Jennifer has held significant roles including Special Projects Officer at the Department of Veterans Affairs, and various leadership positions at the U.S. Capitol Police where responsibilities included Director of Human Resources. Earlier experience includes roles at the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight and the Architect of the Capitol. Educational qualifications comprise an ongoing Senior Executive Fellows program at Harvard University, a Master of Public Administration in Human Resources from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
