Ai-Li Arias

Ai-Li Arias, M.D. is a highly experienced psychiatrist specializing in forensic psychiatry and psychopharmacology, currently serving as a consultant and Vice Chair in the Department of Psychiatry at the California Department of State Hospitals since August 2005. In addition to leadership roles, including Chair of the Forensic Report Panel, Ai-Li Arias has provided forensic consultations to the U.S. Department of Justice since February 2014, focusing on the competence of respondents in immigration proceedings. Ai-Li Arias's expertise has been recognized in both public and private sectors, including positions as an Assistant Clinical Professor at UCI Medical Affiliates and the University of California, Riverside School of Medicine. Academic credentials include an M.D. in Forensic Psychiatry from the University of Southern California and a Psychiatry degree from Loma Linda University.
