Kelley H. is an experienced legal professional currently working with the U.S. Department of Justice in the Office of the Pardon Attorney since September 2022. Prior to this role, Kelley served as the Chapter 30A Project Coordinator for the Massachusetts Bar Association, facilitating connections between pro se petitioners and a network of over 100 attorneys for pro bono legal advice. Key positions also include a leadership role as 2021 President of the National Storytellers of Planned Parenthood, where Kelley managed national campaign organizing and lobbying for reproductive health equity.
