Margaret Loudermilk

Margaret Loudermilk is an experienced economist currently serving as the Acting Assistant Chief of the Expert Analysis Group at the U.S. Department of Justice since July 2017. Prior to this role, Margaret held the position of Senior Economist at the Council of Economic Advisers in the White House from June 2022 to June 2023. Margaret's academic background includes various roles at Western University from 2013 to 2017, including Research Director and Assistant Professor, as well as positions at the University of Chicago and the University of Illinois at Chicago. Margaret earned a BA in Economics from Boston University, an MA in Economics from Duke University, and a PhD in Economics from Michigan State University.
