Tamika J. Springs

Tamika J. Springs is an experienced legal professional specializing in equal employment opportunities and discrimination investigations. Currently serving as an Equal Employment Specialist for the U.S. Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration since December 2019, Tamika conducts investigations of discrimination complaints and develops evidence for Reports of Investigations.
