Victoria G.

Victoria G. currently serves as an Attorney Advisor at the U.S. Department of Justice since September 2018. Victoria has experience as a Student Attorney at the Immigrant Justice Clinic of American University Washington College of Law and held roles as a Senior Research Associate and Senior Articles Editor at the Public International Law & Policy Group and American University Business Law Review, respectively. Previous legal experience includes a Summer Legal Internship at the U.S. Department of Justice and a Legal Externship with the United States District Court of New Mexico. Victoria began a legal career with various internships, including at the New Mexico Criminal Defense Lawyers' Association and the Office of the Mayor, City of Albuquerque. Victoria holds a Juris Doctor and a Master of Arts in International Relations from American University Washington College of Law, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government and International Studies from The University of New Mexico.
