Debra Brown

Debra Brown serves as the Associate Deputy Comptroller and Cybersecurity Review Program Manager at the U.S. Department of the Treasury since June 2013, following a tenure at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency where roles included Coordinated Cybersecurity Review Program Manager and National Bank Examiner. With prior experience at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota as Manager of IT Governance, Risk and Compliance, and at HB Fuller as Data and Integration and Corporate Portfolio Manager, Debra also held positions in IT Security and as Security and QA Manager at Donaldson. Debra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from St. Cloud State University - Herberger Business School.
