Theresa Brown

Theresa Brown is an accomplished Security Section Chief for the Pacific Northwest at the U.S. Department of the Treasury since September 2021, and simultaneously serves as a Lead Physical Security Specialist and Emergency Management Specialist at the Defense Logistics Agency since July 2019. With a distinguished military career as a retiring Colonel, Theresa brings extensive leadership experience, multi-agency collaborative training, and national incident response expertise. Notably, prior roles include Deputy Garrison Commander at Camp Grayling Michigan, where management of joint multinational training and logistics operations was key, and Deputy Chief of Staff Operations for the Michigan Army National Guard, overseeing significant budgets and strategic planning. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Military Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College and a Master’s Degree in Strategic Cyber Operations from The George Washington University.
