Gabriel Perez

Gabriel Perez has extensive experience in operations and manufacturing management. Gabriel is currently serving as the Director of Operations at US Display Group since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Bay Cities as the Director of Manufacturing from April 2021 to June 2021. At Bay Cities, they also held the positions of Plant Manager from September 2017 to April 2021 and Continuous Improvement Manager from January 2016 to September 2017.

Before joining Bay Cities, Gabriel worked at Smurfit Kappa as an Operations Manager from January 2012 to October 2015. Gabriel was responsible for managing operations, overseeing a team, and supervising employees in support of a $55.2 million annual production.

Gabriel has also served as an Operations Manager at Harbor Packaging Inc. from 2004 to 2012. During their tenure, they directed supervisors, supervised production and support staff, and managed various departments.

Additionally, Gabriel worked as a Plant Superintendent at Fleetwood-Fibre Packaging and Graphics from 2002 to 2004, where they were involved in hiring, training, and analyzing productivity. Gabriel started their career at Orange County Container as a Shipping Manager in 1997 and was also involved in negotiations and production activities.

Gabriel Perez has a degree in Business Management / Administration from Southwestern College, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including Advanced Lean and Six Sigma Training in 2014, Predictive Index Management Workshop in 2014, and Advanced Leadership Training from the AICC Dean Mitchell Group in 2001.
