Joseph Rollins

Joe Rollins is the Chief Executive Officer of TSA Consulting Group, Inc. (TSACG) and is a Managing Partner of parent company U.S. Employee Benefits Services Group (USEBSG).

He began his career in the insurance and employee benefits business in 1978 after completion of his formal education at Auburn University with a B.S. in Business Administration. Joe cofounded TSA Consulting Group, Inc. with Stephen Banks in 1994.

TSACG is an independent provider of retirement plan administration services primarily to public education employers nationwide. Their trademarked program, The Compliance Edge® combines multiple service components including employee education, recordkeeping, and remittance services to deliver comprehensive plan compliance and administration.
