Mitch Besvinick is President of InnoBenefits, and a Managing Partner of parent company U.S. Employee Benefits Services Group, which acquired InnoBenefits in December 2018. The company provides consulting, compliance, and implementation services in the employee benefit field for companies, organizations and associations.

Mitch has spent the past 30 years involved in the health insurance field specializing in group medical plans as well as worksite marketing. He is a nationally recognized market leader in the limited medical benefit plan arena.

Mitch’s knowledge of PPACA (healthcare reform), human resource challenges, effective communication platforms, and employee-oriented financial products allows him to provide his clients with a balanced unbiased understanding of the issues. InnoBenefits and Mitch have been a nationally recognized resource in the area of excepted benefits and the ACA for brokers, as well as insurance carriers and TPAs.
