Ross Krasnow

Ross Krasnow joined U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners in February 2019 under their U.S. Employee Benefits Services Group division as Vice President, National Practice Leader Employee Benefits. His responsibilities include overseeing the Employee Benefits Operations, which consists of managing the P&L and sales activities of all USRBP Employee Benefits firms. Throughout his executive career, Ross has held leadership positions with organizations including Hays Companies, Lockton Companies, and Mercer offering employee benefits, human resources and risk management solutions to clients throughout the United States.

Ross is well versed in various disciplines as they relate to health and welfare brokerage and consulting; his area of expertise focused on helping employers reduce their healthcare spend. Ross has spoken nationally regarding challenges employers face with their health and welfare programs. He has been recognized and quoted in publications such as Human Resources Executive Magazine regarding issues that employers face as it relates to PPACA.

Most recently Ross was the CEO of a boutique benefits and HR administration firm Beyond Human Capital Solutions where they disrupted the current market and focused solely on real relationships that promote efficiencies in cost, time, and technology.

Ross obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Marketing with a minor in Advertising from the University of Hartford in Hartford, Connecticut. He resides with his wife and two children in New Jersey.
